Real Estate Marketing Manager

Marketing manager that can help generate leads for the company is top priority! Marketing manager manages company database, updating database, creating marketing schedule, monitoring & marketing, improving marketing profitability, managing campaigns, research & implementing best practices.
Will be uploading Excel and CSV files. Will use REI Sift heavily.
The position requires a self starter and a leader that will take initiative to increase company profitability. Requires working alongside administration department, planning and scheduling the company's marketing & tracking profitability of marketing campaigns. Lead generation, researching and implementing marketing campaigns, cleaning & scrubbing data, organizing Excel files. Requires heavy attention to detail and constant monitoring of data.
