Work from Home - Title Examiner

We are looking for Title Examiner that knowledgeable in doing Current Owner Search, Two Owner Search, and Full Search. The candidate must also do the one-seat process (search and entry). The job is pay per completed file and able to complete within a maximum of 1 hour per file. Payment is on a monthly basis and you can achieve Php 25,000/mo, $530/mo, or higher.

- Examine title orders within company guidelines to determine the conditions of the title and insurability by considering the effect of documents such as deeds, deeds of trust, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, assessments, probates, and other matters of record
- Research respective title plant software, analyze and evaluate pertinent record documents for determination of ownership, legal descriptions, and any connection to the title
- Knowledgeable in the chain of title, exceptions, and requirements.
- Maintain proper production levels and delivery standards on a daily basis. Quality as it best.
- Workdays: Monday to Friday but there is a chance to have Saturday work.
- Work is Nightshift but planning to have Dayshift.
