Landing page builder / Executive Virtual Assistant for E-Commerce Company

Do you have experience in building funnels, writing sales focused product descriptions? If Yes - This is the perfect opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the e-Commerce space.

Our office is a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment and we are looking for someone to mainly do this job, but also other tasks as assigned by your ---------- velopment roadmap: Will work mainly as a landing page builder at first and through our training will be oriented into operation manager - meaning full-stack manager who is responsible for overall operation. Landing page building skills are required, numbers-driven, conversion-driven skills are required. Other skills in order to be a full-stack manager are not required, will be coached gradually during the time working with us. Salary is negotiated based on abilities.

WHO IS THIS JOB NOT FOR:
Someone who's happy to just follow the instructions in a robotic way. Also, if you struggle to take feedback objectively, this job is not for you.


Main responsibilities:
- Create amazing looking landing pages and sales pages from simple word documents or wireframes
- Make sure all compliance guidelines are met
- Establish design standards, and best practices
- General logo and graphic design tasks (basic photoshop skills)
- Conduct summary of data according to instructions
- Doing miscellaneous tasks as assigned/trained

- Knowledge of HTML
- Tech-savvy, resourceful/skillful with computer
- Knowledge of making contents
- Knowledge of Facebook ads/Google ecosystem (Youtube ads, shopping ads)
- Knowledge of video editing. Product video making. Content making.
- Knowledge of product researching



Landing Page Building Qualifications:
- More than 1 year experience with building landing pages / funnels for ecommerce companies - Focusing on "Conversion" - is preferred over visual (Clickfunnels , Gempages,...) - We need someone who can work fast and accurately so having experience is a must. --- Or 6 months experience with proven work you have done so we can consider (in case you are a fast-learner)
- Graphic and web design skills using photoshop and other software
- Ability to convert simple copy into creative, original designs / banners
- Ability to emulate, adapt and recreate external landing page designs (we will have knowledge base for you to learn)
- Experience with Shopify
- Able to come up with unique designs or find templates for inspiration


Personal Qualifications
- Having a laptop/at-home pc (High performance machine is preferred)
- Stable internet connection and reliable communication
- Experience with excel / Google sheets
- Above average written and verbal skills - as regular calls on working/training are needed
- Knowing Conversion-driven principles
- Numbers/analytical person, likes looking at data
- Can work under deadlines pressure
- Can voice your own opinion (not a shy person)
- Willing to learn and adapt to the task at hand (especially important) - in our working schedule you will allocate 10-20% of your work time for planned self-improvement activities. This means learning new skills, build systems & processes to improve the productivity and quality of your work. So learning and adapting are must-have.


This is for a full-time, 40 hour commitment each week and you’ll be expected to provide daily reports for the work you’ve done. We're only interested in someone looking for long-term employment and a chance to grow with our company.
