HR Learning and Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities

•Responsible for the new store personnel orientation program before deployment to assigned store. •Responsible for the review, research and design/re-design of training and developmental modules and programs for store operations personnel.
•Oversees the successful completion of all programs through appropriate planning and meeting specifications.
•Provide regular assistance to store personnel especially to newly hire in terms of learning.
•Accommodate special training session requested by SOMs/ASMs upon approval of the Training Manager.
•Create, design and recommend any motivational activities that can be utilized in the store to keep the excitement and momentum.
•Ensure that the department/section is working based on the approved budget through constant monitoring of the expenses.
•Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports.

Job Requirement

•3+ years working experience preferably in Learning and development, training.
•4 years College graduate of any course but preferably behavioural, Management courses.
•Excellent clerical skills
•Knowledgeable in MS applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
•Knowledgeable in photoshop, filmora or other photo or video editing application
•Have training, coaching, and facilitation experience
•Events management, Virtual session facilitation, or alike experience
