Minimum Qualification:
• Fan and Duct Static Calculations
• Pump and Pipe Static Calculations
• Refrigeration Gas and Pipe Checks
• CAMEL/Carrier Heat Load Software
• Marking up Design PDF’s
• Checking Drawings
• Air and Water Schematic Design and Mark-ups
• Checking Electrical Schematics
• Compiling Equipment and Electrical Schedules
• Producing Operation and Maintenance Manuals
• Minimum of 8 years experience (MEP Design & Construction)
• Lead and set-up CAD related standards
In addition to the above, we would expect them to have a sound knowledge of the relevant Australian Standards and NCCC (formerly BCA) relevant to the mechanical services industry.
