Data Scientist/Engineer/Analyst for Real Estate - Make 2021 your year!

We're a Real Estate Investment company. We basically buy and sell land. We mail out 1000's of letters to people and make blind offers to property owners to purchase their land. Then we turn around and sell them. We are a small company but we are growing.

We are looking for a full time data analyst (fancy name) but in essence we're looking for the absolute best Data person (who i'll teach) to research counties and markets in the US to send offers to. Then we will price the offers accordingly to each market. This is what you will be doing every week.

Im looking for someone who's an expert in Upgrade to see actual infot an average person. You don't have to know anything about real estate. I'll teach you. What is more important is if you are an expert in Data or Statistics. We're looking for either someone who is a data nerd, someone majoring in these fields Data Scientist vs Data Engineer vs Data Analyst or excel expert or someone who is a specialist or graduate in these fields

If you have a degree in these fields, great. If not, no worries.

I do not want to hire an average person. If you feel you are a complete Data Nerd lol We want you. You also have the ability to grow and get pay increases here.
