Shopify Theme Developer & Troubleshooting

We have a Shopify store that we are having an issue with regarding a third-party minified js file that appears to be causing conflicts within our custom theme. We need diagnostics and theme support for this issue asap. This file issue is causing orders to be processed with the wrong size, costing us in returns and customer satisfaction.
