JOB OVERVIEW

* Davao based is preferred

* Currently work from home set up. May change to the office set up once operations are back to normal


Responsibilities:

Experience - 3+ years planning and executing ATM installations
Hours - (8 hour day; start time could be as early as 2 PM EST or as late as 5 PM EST)?
Tech: Slack, Trello, G-Suite?
While logged into a bridge line, take calls from installation technicians who are calling in as they complete installations
Confirm all aspects of the installation are complete by going through a checklist of items that need to be completed at each installation?
Collect and/or confirm data related to the installation prior to releasing the tech
Other Tasks:

Review installation photos to determine if the installation was completed correctly
Identify situations where the installation was not completed correctly
Record deployment rework action items in various systems
File warranty claim with Deployment vendor to get deployment to rework completed
Review follow up installation photos to confirm deployment rework was completed
Qualifications:

At least college level
At least 1-3 years Tech Support (Hardware) experience
Good English
Attention to detail
Checklist QA experience

Computer specs Requirement (work from home set up):

Fiber connection and has at least 20mbps download and upload speed
Has available backup internet
At least 8GB of Computer RAM
If possible, SSD system storage
