JOB OVERVIEW

FLTD is in need of a ERP manager between the hours of 9am - 6pm, Monday-Friday Pacific Standard Time (12am - 9am Tuesday - Saturday PT Time)

We use ODOO.SH Enterprise, v12, soon to be upgraded to 14.

We are looking for a person with experience managing a complex ERP. Our company does importing of goods from around the world, and distributes them across North America.

Our Operations manager needs someone who can be online from 9am - 6pm PST every day.

Your daily tasks would include:

1) Price-checking against competition and updating price lists and price sheets
2) Overseeing S.O.'s, P.O.'s, and enforcing policy and standards across the company to ensure inventory and reporting are accurate
3) Maintain open channels of communication between Sales, Operations, and Accounting, to make sure all team members are coordinated properly.
4) Work with our functional Odoo expert to solve problems, and implement the solutions with our remote developers.



Requirements:
MINIMUM 2 years of experience with Odoo.sh Enterprise edition
Ability to work on North American timezone (9am - 6pm PST)
Ability to speak, read and write English
Access to a computer w/ internet & a headset, for a minimum of 8 hours Monday - Friday (PST)


Nice To Have:
Development experience with JAVA, CSS, MYSQL, JQUERY, RUBY
Experience with Automated Actions
Experience working successfully in Odoo modules such as Accounting, CRM, Email Automation, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing

You would be required to be ON-CALL during your 8 hours shift. You may not always have work to do, but your continued employment and payment would depend on your availability.

We require a 2 week - 1 month paid trial period before any permanent employment can be offered.
