Sales Manager

Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense ---------- eting planned sales ---------- tting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as required.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Lead generation via cold calls, appointment setting and email marketing.
Training of your ---------- veloping your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Sales Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM (Preferred)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication ---------- dication to providing great customer ---------- n work as an individual contributor but will manage an Admin staff.
Experience creating, managing and directing a sales team.
Ability to lead a sales team. (Preferred)
