JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are seeking a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Expert Inventory and Supply Chain Manager to join our team. Pay is to be determined, depending on your skill level. This has the potential to grow into a full time position. We are an established (since 2018) and growing brand focused on Amazon FBA, and we are looking for the right people to grow with our company!

Preferred skills:
> Expert level experience with inventory, logistics and supply chain management
> 1+ years Amazon experience
> Experience with reducing stock-outs, monitoring turn and optimizing cash flow
> Forecasting and data analytics experience
> Experience working with Chinese suppliers
> Experienced with Excel and Google Sheets

Your main responsibilities include:

> Manage inventory forecasts
> Managing orders
> Avoiding stockouts
> Work with suppliers in China, negotiation and sourcing research
> Coordinate flow of inventory between suppliers, 3PL and Amazon


Flexible Hours with some morning meetings: Most of your time you can work in your own time zone, at your own preferred hours! However, you must be available for meetings and online chat conversations with the team once or twice per week Tuesday-Friday, 6am-8am Philippine time (3-5pm Pacific Time) for Zoom meetings or Slack chats.

We are looking for someone with a friendly and warm personality, and who is a critical thinker who takes initiative and doesn’t need a lot of supervision. You must be HIGHLY detail oriented and organized, and be able to demonstrate your experience with data analytics and forecasting.
