Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are looking for a hard-working, versatile, and articulate affiliate marketing manager to join our marketing team. Our affiliate marketing manager will be responsible for scaling programs. You will strategize and manage campaigns designed to scale and optimize our affiliate marketing efforts for revenue generation. You will focus on marketing initiatives, analytics, and strategy. You will collaborate with multiple departments across the organization.
Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about driving business growth with exceptional attention to detail, following through and excellent execution. The ideal candidate should also be great at workload management, project management, and have a growth- and results-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in a general marketing OR affiliate marketing
B2B industry experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree.
Shopify , Avantlink or GoAffPro experience is a plus.
Strong organization skills
Ability to stay on task with little supervision and set daily personal goals and achieve them without detailed guidance from management.
Ability to adjust with new goals and processes as required in a highly dynamic atmosphere.
