QUALIFICATION:
-Minimum of 6 months -2 years experienced as talent acquisition specialist
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
-Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
-Proactive and works with minimal supervision
-Preferably has prior experience working in a remote setting
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist the Recruitment Manager in various recruitment-related tasks
-Drafts job advertisements and posts approved job openings to both internal and external job search channels/portals
-Schedule applicants for testing and interview
-Administers, scores and evaluates assessment tests as required
-Conducts resume screening and initial interview with suitable candidates
-Schedules and coordinates interviews with the Immediate Superior and the requesting department.
-Keeps track of the status of applicants
-Maintains and updates database of applicants
-Report their tasks on a daily basis
-Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment Manager
