Profit First Bookkeeper

I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper who knows the "Profit First" bookkeeping method to manage my books for my business. You will support me in the week-to-week bookkeeping and accounting that is necessary to a successful and profitable operation.

The candidate MUST speak great English and understand the "Profit First" method and be using it with other clients. Ideally, work for or be a Profit First certified firm.

Profit First is a cash-management philosophy and system that creates long-term success for businesses by putting profit first by using multiple bank accounts. Separating money by purpose (operating expenses, taxes, etc) gives you instant clarity and a natural budget — without clunky spreadsheets!

Role details include:
- Determine what percentage of business income is needed to adequately fund each account bank account.
- Creating monthly P&L
