Full Stack Developer

R2B is looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer with significant experience in Web and App development. In this position, you will use your experience in Web and App development and previous knowledge to assist in the implementation of new projects for the wider business. This role is based out of our Manila office and will be instrumental in recommending, developing and implementing new solutions to provide the business with the technological advantage to continue to be the dominant player within our industry.



Key Responsibilities

The key accountabilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

Develop and enhance software/application, by understanding business needs, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
Build and maintain accurate process documentation.
Maintain and optimize workload
Keeping the business on the front foot of technology by continuing to Identify and provide recommendation around emerging solutions and recommending new systems for the business.
Engage with business stakeholders to scope and design software in line with business ---------- plete applications development by coordinating requirements and schedules across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
High level of Focus on Security and best practice development and process
The key attributes and skills required for this role are:

Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong Experience with database creation and maintenance.
Experience using MVC frameworks such as Laravel and Yii.
Experience with LINUX (Ubuntu).
Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions Azure/AWS.
SQL management experience (e.g. MSSQL, MySQL).
Knowledge of PHP / Python / Javascript / CSS / Vue.js.
Knowledge of a version control system such as GIT / BitBucket.
