Real Estate Investment Sales Caller

Real estate lead generation, cold calling, and following up with current leads.
When a closing occurs bonuses will be provided. 20 hours of work per week guaranteed. Performance bonuses
and opportunity to increase hours. Pay is based on experience.

What You'll Do:
• Cold Call prospects, use consultative sales process to QUALIFY sales opportunities
• Gather information from prospects, document, send to sales team
• Set appointments with clients with sales team members
• Learn, build, and maintain expert-level sales process skills
• Perform online home searches and other research live

What You Need:
• Computer with 8 gigs of ram or higher
• 15 Mbps download speed or faster
• High quality mic
• Requires excellent English speaking skills
• Requires excellent telephone and personal demeanor
• Must be able to utilize a CRM database while conducting sales process
• Must have exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Must be able to describe Team Services and match advantages to customer needs
• Must be able to handle multiple databases filters simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, business information services, CRM applications
and auto-dialers
• Requires the ability to work cooperatively on a team with other sales representatives
