Candidate Research

We are a recruitment firm focused on recruiting women ---------- this role, we will assign you lists to build and clean (ie select the correct email and put it in the cleaned column, validate for correctness, and then fill in the blanks using other email sources). This role is full time, and you'll be provided with top notch tools: Anyleads, Gem, and any others that are needed. Part time is optional, ideally if you would consider joining FT at a later date.

Responsibilities:
- Identify candidate profiles on Linkedin that reflect client project needs
- Learn the ins and outs of technical recruiting, what a good profile looks like, what is good vs great, who is responsive etc
- Report updates on a daily basis in our slack channel
- Troubleshoot as needed to make sure you're getting enough candidates

Role starts at $3.5 an hour, can work 40+ hours. For certain projects we do pay per qualified lead, can explain that in more detail, but it is meant to pay high performers. We are also exploring a bonus for every hire you make. There are also bonuses based on good performance.
