Virtual Assistant for a Construction Company

Job Responsibilities:
*Gives administrative support to the CEO such as
*Process Day-to-Day Accounting Transactions, taking care of bookkeeping, payroll processing, company cash flow management, supplier or customer invoicing
*Manage your construction business such as permit submissions, contract management, project tracking, and business operations and human resources management.
*Manage social media of the company and maintain company’s website
Skills Needed:
-1+ years of experience in an administrative role
-Ability to be extremely detail-oriented
-Excellent communication skills
-Experience in Excel/Spreadsheets
-An eye for improving processes
-Experience in a construction company
-Accounting background
