SEO Manager

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside an accomplished UK SEO expert full time.

The role is very diverse, but at its heart, we need someone who can really take up the reigns on various SEO campaigns, co-ordinate them, implement new processes and drive client management.

As a fundamentally growing consultancy, we need someone with EXCEPTIONAL SEO skills, strong organisational skills, impeccable analytical skills with extraordinarily good English speaking and communication skills (you may be required to speak on Zoom / Skype to clients where required)

You will be actively spearheading a range of different SEO projects, managing people remotely and co-ordinating every aspect of the client lifecycle including onsite SEO auditing (extensive), reporting, link acquisition and outreach, managing content writers and various other tasks.

We require organisation, we require someone who understands the concepts of organic search, paid search and social media - you will fundamentally be considered for the role of SEO Director and your scope is to grow your own remote team of people in the future to work alongside you.

Must haves:

- Impeccable SEO knowledge (you will be tested)
- Exceptional English skills (both written and verbal)
- In-depth knowledge of SEO auditing (technical audits, again, you will be tested)
- Comprehensive understanding of analytics
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO tools - particularly SEMRUSH, AHREFS and MOZ (to name a few)
- Able to use tools like Screaming Frog
- Have ideas and be able to build SEO campaigns from the ground up and co-ordinate them
- Be able to present exceptional reports to clients
- Great project management skills
- Superb organisational skills
- Understand outreaching and link acquisition (and preferably know/have links to many different media outlets already)
- Have a thorough understanding of Google updates, dates they occurred, Google technology in general, semantic indexing and various other elements
- Extremely good with keyword research, understanding page and user experience and search / user intent
- Understand content marketing extremely well

Nice to have:

- Awesome PPC skills
- Awesome Social Media (paid social) skills
- Knowledge of other marketing mediums (affiliate)
