Automotive Appointment Setter

I am currently seeking a Part-Time Appointment Specialist (Full-Time after 2 weeks if you are bringing traffic to me) to assist me in making sales! This is the perfect entry-level position for individuals looking to get a foot in the door in the automotive industry and learn how to sell yourself, your organization, and your product! I'm looking for exciting people to join my team who are (above all): honest, hardworking, positive, and fun to be around. While prior retail and customer service experience is a plus, I'm really looking for people who are driven and want to learn. I'm looking for individuals that meet the following characteristics, if that's you please join my team, I would love to have you.

JOB DUTIES:

Primary duties include (any combination of the following):
Making outbound phone calls. Setting sales appointments. Setting Appointment reminders for me and calling appointments that have been set in advance to confirm if the prospect is still coming in at the time that was scheduled. Prospect follow-up via email, text, and calls. Respond to internet leads. Manage social media daily with videos I make for clients. The Appointment Specialist follows through on commitments made to customers. Establish and enforce product knowledge standards. Follow all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Toyota of Dallas values in all interactions with customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

While no experience is necessary, an ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Other requirements include:

18 years of age or older. General familiarity with a variety of automobiles. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must have basic computer, email, text, and phone skills.
