Appointment Setting and customer service with very good English.

We are a small service company in California and are looking for someone who can help us with
communicating with our customers.

-You must be available during night time in Philippines (morning in Los Angeles)
-The work time is Pacific Standard Time 7AM-1PM [which is 10PM-4AM in the Philippines]

Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up for quality and satisfaction
assurance to make sure they are happy with our service.
Because we are a growing company we will have different types of needs at different stages and you
should be able to adopt to changes and help with different types of tasks at different ---------- itially we will give less tasks and slowly ramp up / delegate more.
You must be available during the negotiated times and be reliable.

This is a long term position please do not apply if it is temporary for you.
We are looking for someone for a permanent position and to grow with us.
30hr/week.
This position will require you to be available 6 days a week

Must have / Be:
-Dedicated to work
-Reliable and punctual
-Very good English speaking and writing skills for communication with customers.
-Detail oriented
-Love working at night times due to the time difference
-Happy and cheerful personality
-Ready to take on new challenges and tasks
-Know Excel / google sheets.
-Google phone/voice
-Generally tech savvy to provide new ideas to our current and future problems.
