VA to assist with running of Shopify Store

VA position help with the daily maintenance and growth of an ecommerce business that has a global presence.

This is a long-term position with potential for career growth in a high paced company looking to expand rapidly.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO and the Operations Manager. This role has the potential for unlimited growth if you show your willingness to progress and succeed. The CEO is looking to move a lot of his responsibilities over the to the right person as the business keeps expanding, this will include growing the VA team, the successful candidate will be integral to helping this team grow and helping oversee a larger customer support team in the future. We want somebody who is hungry to grow and make a difference!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing order fulfilment.
• Managing the customer journey - Overcome objections to any customer problems and turn any person into a happy customer.
• Responding to customer inquiries/complaints in a timely manner.
• Prompt communication with our logistics partners in each region.
• Running our social media postings/creation/scheduling.
• Documenting and creating SOPs (standard operating procedures) for future growth.

MUST HAVES:
• Excellent organisational/time management skills and resourceful (able to solve problems)
• High level of computer experience (excel/word/outlook etc)
• Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is highly valuable.
• Reliable, fast internet and a good quiet workspace.
• Excellent fluency in English - both spoken and written.
• Experience in providing outstanding customer support.
• Passionate about building a career as an virtual assistant, with a drive to want to grow.
