Social Media Marketing Manager

I am a life and career coach based in California, USA. I need a Social Media Marketing Director (SMMD) to assist me with the daily tasks of growing, nurturing, and selling to a social media audience on Facebook.
My SMMD will have the ultimate desire to grow with me gradually into a large online business platform geared towards career & personal transformation.
I offer $4/hour, 10/week Monday-Saturday,
(three vacation weeks/ year/ per mutual agreement with Admin after the first 6 months)
The main duties will be to promote, solicit and engage with the audience daily on behalf of Admin.
Hours will increase as business increases.
