Customer Service VA

We are looking for a committed VA to handle customer service and admin support for our online store. We want serious people only as we are looking for a long term VA that can potentially be promoted to be our project manager in the future.

Requirements:
- Able to work 7 hours a day, Monday to Saturday
- Work hours: 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break in between)
- Using Hubstaff screen tracking
- Patient, hardworking and proactive
- Willing to learn
- Have experience in customer service
- Familiar with Shopify and Zendesk
- Fluent in English with proper grammar skills

Tasks:
1. Handle customer emails through Zendesk
2. Handle Shopify order export and fulfillment
3. Moderating Facebook pages
