Lead generator, cold caller, appointment setter

Looking for two experienced sales people (preferably in the IT sector if possible)

1) Generate lead lists
2) Cold Call
3) Appointment set
4) Follow up with potential leads
5) Have clear, articulate, confident voice
6) Participate in sales demos

All sales people start out at $8-$10 per hour.
If the salesperson can do all of the above, especially conduct sales demos with potential clients, build rapport, and close the deal, his or her pay can be higher.
