JOB OVERVIEW

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services, drive customer retention, and offer upsell and cross-sell opportunities when applicable
• Work within dedicated territory for established client. Do demo via Zoom with client about the products
• Work with channel partners-DISTI(TechData, Ingram, Synnex, etc), RESELLERS(Dell, CDW, Insight, SHI International, PCM, etc.) and END USERS
• Engage customers about their renewal, review IBR(Install Based Report)/ACL about their products via INCORTA
• Prepare/create quotations using Oracle tools and utilize Disti Price Book and do follow-up via email/phone call until PO is placed and received
• Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast
• Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of products and services to effectively assess client needs and requirements
• Successfully promote products and or services including but not limited to SaaS, Endpoint Protection-on premise, cloud or hybrid, AntiVirus, Network and Web Security, and a lot more for established client
• Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviors, and accelerating the customer's time to value
• Utilize data to identify ‘at risk’ and adoption opportunities
• Initiate steps as needed to remediate customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
• Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
• Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
• Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects
• Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met
• Collaborate with cross functional teams from Sales, Solution Engineering, Support and Management/Executive to optimize sales processes, systems and achieve a superior customer experience
• Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner
• Utilize/update all relevant data of all opportunities including but not limited to Notes, Pricing(EAR, ABV Amount, Total Booking Amount, etc.), Order and Product Information, Sales Stage and Status in Salesforce and maintain a good pipeline hygiene
• Overseeing our team operation whenever my manager is out of the office and educating and going the extra mile to help my colleagues about the process
• Other duties, as assigned and necessary
