JOB OVERVIEW

We are thrilled to be looking for a new member of our team who:

- Has a track record of success in Sales & Marketing
- Is detail oriented and meticulous
- Understands why customers buy and how to target audiences
- Has a built and managed sales and marketing teams successfully
- Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems
- has excellent written and spoken English skills
- can be proactive and can identify and offer solutions to problems as they arise

- A fast paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is growing rapidly across the UK
- Quickly becoming a leading player in our industry
- Currently operating in 20 towns and cities across the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and ---------- plus many, many more
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests, who are looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
- Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become to very best at what we do

The day to day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:

Sales and Revenue Management
- Monitoring and optimising the commercial elements of the business to ensure our properties operate at the maximum profitability.
- Managing and building our sales team
- Increasing our levels of repeat bookers
- Increasing the volume of referrals to our sister company Book My Digs
- Monitoring market rates in each area we operate in and ensuring that we competitive
- Setting and adjusting nightly rates in response to demand
- Creating and testing new pricing strategies
- Developing new sales channels

Marketing
- Managing and building our marketing team
- Growing our social media following & email list
- Creating clear strategies to get the maximum results out of the available marketing assets
- Growing our proportion of direct bookings via our website

The right candidate will have a background with:

- Building and managing sales teams
- Developing direct sales strategies
- Building and managing sales teams
- Developing multi channel marketing strategies
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Excellent written communication (English)
- Excellent verbal communication (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems

This position is results focused and has no fixed hours although our office is open 7 days per week. You will also receive a generous holiday pay allowance and performance related bonuses.

Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
