We are Amazon sellers based out of Canada with operations in the USA. We are looking for a dynamic account administrator to join our team and help administer our Amazon account.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Such as checking reviews, feedback, questions posted on Amazon, monitoring brand
2. Account maintenance: Checking account health, doing competitor analysis, keyword tracking, adding and editing Amazon listing and many other tasks of this nature.
3. Inventory management: Review inventory levels, make inventory reorder recommendations, create shipping labels, ensure sufficient stock is maintained at Amazon by coordinating shipments from other warehouses and reorder inventory.
4. Administrative: Ad-hoc research and reaching out to vendors with questions we may have.
Skills required:
Excellent written and spoken English. (This is a strong requirement)
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is required (3 months minimum)
Previous experience as a virtual assistant (6 months minimum)
Basic to intermediate level of Excel/Google sheets is preferred.
Knowledge of below software is helpful: Dropbox, Hubstaff, Helium10, Airtable &
