Bookkeeper

Hello,

We are looking for a Bookkeeper for a Health and Wellness business. The person must be fully aware of the virtual bookkeeping tools and processes and experienced in the cloud accounting processes. We are ideally looking for someone who understands and can implement a bookkeeping system that aligns with the profit first accounting system by mike Michalowicz.

Responsibilities:
•Monitoring and recording financial transactions
•Preparing and presenting clear overviews of monetary transactions and/or financial reports bi-weekly and monthly basis
•Handling bank reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of data and correcting any discrepancies
•Creating invoices(write and send invoice)

Desired Skills and Experience:
•Must be able to write and speak fluently in English and be an excellent communicator
•Experience with Quickbooks, Stripe and Square
•Meticulous data entry skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including; Word, Excel and/or Google Suite including Docs, Sheets and Slides
