Ecommerce VA

Hello! Please read my job description thoroughly and then respond to all 9 of my questions. This is your first interview with me. You must have some experience on Amazon, please do not apply if you do not have any experience. If you've taken an Amazon training course, this is considered experience.

***JOB DESCRIPTION***
I'm looking for a positive, optimistic VA with a can-do attitude and is always willing to learn. I operate a successful ecommerce business/brand that is brand registered on Amazon. We sell primarily FBA, but we are in multiple channels including FBM, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.

I need someone who is going to help me continue to grow this business long term, this is not a temporary position. If you are the right fit and are looking for stability, I am too! I am looking for someone who takes direction well, but also has the ability to take initiative.

You must have working knowledge/experience of Amazon including:

-Account Management: Product review/feedback monitoring and management, customer service, performance metrics tracking, generating reports
-Inventory & Orders: Order returns & refunds, FBA/FBM management, FBA forecasting
-Listing Management: Variation listings, flat files, ensure accuracy with product titles and descriptions, product image editing
-Managing and organizing cases and getting resolutions.

As you continue to grow you'll be given additional responsibilities with other channels, but in starting out Amazon FBA/FBM are the main priorities.

You must know how to use and be proficient with:
Google Sheets
Helium10
Linnworks (this doesn't have to be a must for the right person)

Would be nice if you had experience with listing products and managing:
Walmart
eBay
Etsy
Shopify

Must be comfortable with data, and organizing data in spreadsheets. Must be organized, timely, and regimented with their ---------- your response to me, I would like your responses to be short and to the point.
