Full-time Online English teachers (Homebased) Job Description & Requirements

Provide ESL courses to our Asian customers (from primary school students to adults) through our platform via the internet. An excellent working package will be provided to the right candidate depending on overall qualification, fluency in English, teaching ability and educational background. Fresh graduates holding B.A.E. (Bachelor of Arts in Education majoring in English) are also welcomed.

Salary:
• Php70 – 130/hour
• Base Salary (Base Hourly Rate * Working Hours WITH OR WITHOUT LESSONS) + Bonus (10%~20% Lesson Completion Bonus + Other Incentives).
• Minimum salary is GUARANTEED based on the working hours.

Requirements:
• A fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
• Have experience in teaching (training will still be provided before one starts teaching)
• Energetic, patient, responsible and cheerful
• Able to work for a minimum of 8 hours between 1000-2300, 5 days a week
• With Stable power supply and stable internet connection working from home;
