FULL TIME Airbnb Hospitality Agent

Hospitality Staff NEEDED

We're looking for a motivated hard worker who's willing and able to take on any task. Prior experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or another Short-term rental management company is preferred.

About Us: Small, family owned, real estate investment company focused on short-term rentals (Airbnb). The owners are Casey (Engineer) and Vanessa (ex attorney, now a full time investor)

The Ideal person:
Experienced with Hospitality and short-term rentals
Excellent communication skills in English
Polite and kind, but firm during conflict
Fast and efficient worker
Smart problem solver
Adaptable
Ability to prioritize and multitask
attention to detail

NOTE: You can only have only THIS job. This is full-time not a side job or part time position.


Responsibilities:
Sales inquires and calls
Screening guests and identifying problem areas
Filling out contract for electronic signature
Monitoring Cameras for noise & parties
Scheduling cleaners, pest control, pool care, and repair tasks
Managing bills and expenses related to the STR
Social media & web site content creation
Damage claims
Review cleaners for quality control
Inventory management tracking
Financial Bookkeeping
Researching new properties for purchase
Ordering supplies and furniture as needed
