Position Title: Website Designer

Position Summary:
Nova Network is looking for a Website designer & Developer for our team. We will need you to design and build websites for our platforms. The major goal of the website is to generate leads and warm the users up for all the services we deliver. Do you have a passion for beautiful, high converting designs and the coding skill to execute your ideas? Can you work effectively and independently? If so, you might be our next team member!

Responsibilities:
- Build high converting and fast websites for our platforms
- Design website graphics and assets
- Develop the websites so they can be easily put live from .HTML formats
- Understand the industry we are in and come up with creative designs that can trigger the people to sign up
- Utilize performance data to concept, design, and build new websites as requested

Requirements:
- Experience in graphic/web design
- Advanced knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
- Have a strong design portfolio demonstrating websites, landing pages, and other examples of great UI
- Must know principles of Responsive Web Design
- A strong eye for design
- Must be detail-oriented
- Independent and creative
- The ability to take and apply creative direction and feedback
- Portfolio of projects that have been developed
