Skills Required:
– Proficient with Microsoft or/and Google products (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Forms, etc.)
– Familiarity with marketing metrics to analyze and optimize marketing efforts
– Ability to perform in-depth research on apps for Shopify eCommerce store
– Strong English writing and communication skills
– Detailed-oriented/self-starter and motivator
– Ability to multitask under pressure

Responsibilities:
– Performing analysis on marketing projects
– Inputting various data (e.g., marketing stats, etc.)
– Sending out promotional newsletters and setting up automation flows
– Performing routine website/user analysis
– Routinely evaluating/optimizing apps and other technologies related to eCommerce
– Managing various relationships with external vendors and contractors
– Conducting market/competitor research
– Admin follow up with tea ---------- mbers and external folks

Key Qualifications:
– Position is remote. Applicants must be self-motivated with reliable internet, a dedicated workspace, and a genuine desire to continuously learn and grow.
– Hours are flexible, but employees must be available for a few hours during 9 AM – 6 PM EDT, U.S. weekdays, and some weekends.

Bonus Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/statistics or related fields is a plus
– Previous project management experience is a plus
– Previous sales experience is a plus
– Understands a basic level of HTML codes and technical terms
– Basic understanding of the U.S. paper crafting industry and its products

Salary: $600-$1500 USD/month, negotiable, depending on skills/experience with the opportunity to grow rapidly.
