About Us
We are a marketing agency that is pivoting our 33-year-old business to being primarily a digital marketing agency. Our services include website development, search engine optimization, customer reputation management, online listings management and online reviews management. Our target market is automotive service businesses and dealers.
Most of our business is with companies in the Chicago, IL USA metro area.

What We Need
This is a growth position and the ideal candidate who wants to learn more so they can do more, will earn more. This position initially will be to set appointments and update our CRM with the appointment information.

A quality candidate will have good English speaking skills and be understandable to the typical Midwestern USA citizen and candidate must be trainable and follow instructions to the letter during the onboarding and training. Also, you must feel comfortable asking questions when you don't know something as this is a developmental position and we have not thought of everything.

We are looking for individuals who are comfortable with making outbound calls to targeted prospects. We will provide training, call lists, and scripts for whatever we are promoting, such as our free digital audit of their online footprint. Once the business agrees to getting the audit, you would set up the 15-minute follow-up appointment and log into our CRM.

After the your core skill requirements training and implementation period, we will train on the other aspects of list building, lead generation, qualifying contacts, running the audit reports, and doing the 15-minute audit consultation with the prospect.
