I am looking for a person who is proficient in sales and closing deals (Real Estate Preferred) to serve as my Acquisition Manager. I run a small real estate wholesaling company based in New Jersey, USA. I need someone who can call potential leads furnished by my VA caller to make appointments and make cash offers for me. The ideal person for this position will have to know how to run a comparable property analysis in order to submit a fair cash offer.
The ideal candidate must also know the following:
*How to handle seller objections
*Identify when the seller is not serious in selling
*Set up appointments over the phone
*Empathize with the seller's situation
*Build rapport and trust between yourself and the seller
*Make offers over the phone
*Has knowledge of real estate terminology
*Has an American accent
*Familiar with Podio and Trello
*Must know Microsoft Office and DocuSign
*Must know how to find comparable properties via Propstream, Zillow, Redfin, etc
*Able to send contracts via
*Schedule call backs and add to calendar with notifications
*And Much More
