Auto CAD Drafter

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Drawings and Presentations

Create 2D&3D models of architectural and interior based on Matterport, sketches, and photos with laser measurements.

Produces 3D renderings with Lumion. (Preferably)

We use Imperial as our unit of measurement



Design Solutions:

Assists in the development in all phases of design

Resolves minor design issues



Quality Assurance:

Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy, efficiency, and thoroughness

Ensure renderings are in compliance with the company and design standards as well as project comments

Regularly submits progress of 3D modeling for checking



Communication:

Establish and maintains a professional and effective line of communication with the superiors and other departments

Communicate and listens in an appropriate and professional manner



Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or ---------- work experienced required.

Highly Creative in Concepts, Solution Providing, and Client Support.

Must be proactive in nature with the ability to work with less supervision.

Must be able to present concepts, ideas, and sample internally as in client settings.

Experience in designing commercial buildings & residential projects.

Must be able to draft in Revit and AutoCAD.

Lumion is a plus.

Autodesk Revit

Lumion (Optional)

Google SketchUp (Optional)



Technical Specifications:

At least Core i7 Level Processor

8+ GB of Ram (16GB would be great) Preferable with good GPU that could process a lot of multimedia editing

Fast and Reliable Internet Connection (At least 15mbps)
