Team Leader for Laguna Area

Authorities & Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Data Capture Operators in assigned area or cluster
• Coach and manage staff development especially in the following areas:
o Quality of work
o Daily captures are met
• Monitor team performance
• Perform duties of DCO (if necessary)
• Maintain the defined operating standards as mandated by the Company
• Required reports should be submitted on time
• Manage client and personnel relationship issues
• Handle first level of technical assistance & support to team members
• Immediately attend to the requirements of the branch within assigned areas during operational hours
• Minimize equipment downtime during operational hours
• Manage running costs in overseeing operators and branches in area of assignment
