Requirements:
A background in sales and/or recruiting is required.
Fluent native English WRITING is required
Laptop + Phone with a RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
Ability to enter data following a specified process (SOP)
BONUS: Phone Sales: Ability to call recipients in fluent English and explain the opportunity.

Job Description:
This VA job entails responding to Ads that are posted on Craigslist. These are Job (gig) Ads which are offering a 1-time gig to be paid $20 - $30 USD to receive a postcard from Google, take a picture of the code on it, and text it back to us.

The Craigslist job posting provides some basic information about the opportunity and requires the applicant (Recipient) to apply via Text Message, by sending their ZIP Code. (This allows the VA to verify if this ZIP code is needed by the Client

The job posting is a bit vague, and applicants will be looking for more information to understand: 1. What they must do
2. How they will be paid

Canned responses to inquiries by applicants are provided to the VA. Many times, the conversation will not need to deviate from this sequence. However, when an applicant asks a question that cannot be answered logically by the canned responses, some creativity must be used in order to steer the conversation back on track. The Call-To-Action is for the applicant to send us their Address, City, ZIP Code, Name and Preferred Payment Method (Paypal, Cashapp or Venmo).

This VA Job is One task which is part of a larger service, which offers GMB Postcard Verification Services to Clients who want to set up GMBs in cities across the US and Canada.

GOAL:
To get the most addresses out of the responses to the job posting. We are shooting for above a 30% conversion rate.

BONUS: given based on the # of addresses and the # of codes received.

Expectations:
A successful VA Candidate will:
- Answer messages as soon as they come in
- Ask questions when uncertain of how to proceed
- Send Manager a message right away when a recipient needs to be called
- Send a report at the end of the day of what has been accomplished
- Enter data into database correctly
- Send the recipient a notice that the postcard has been sent
- Follow up 8 days after the postcard has been sent
- Circle back on dead conversations to see if recipients are still interested
- Write “I Understand Purple” in bold at the bottom of their job application
