Outbound Instagram Engagement (For Growth)

I'm looking for somebody experienced in outbound instagram engagement for 3-4 current Instagram accounts.

This typically involves following targeted hashtags and competitor accounts, and engaging with the most active users in our potential customer-base that are most likely to come and engage and follow us ---------- BOTS ALLOWED

2 of these accounts are in the movie & entertainment industries, and 3rd is in real estate. All are based in the US.

This is all outbound ---------- t content creation, or engagement on our content or DMs. Ideas are welcome, but we have those roles covered with no intent to change, so don't apply with the intention of competing with our current SMM team.

I'm looking for someone who can dedicate probably 45-60 minutes per day, per account (3 to start). Our primary goal is ---------- order to be considered, to show you've read this full listing, and to prove on a basic level that you're a ninja at outbound engagement, please list a few details you consider when choosing which hashtags or accounts to target their followers for most optimal engagement and increasing followers, and include some insight into your engagement process. I don't need every detail, I'm not trying to steal your ideas, only have enough insight to understand that you're competent and a ninja!
