FCP Video Editor for YouTube Channel

I'm looking for an editor for my YouTube channel ( ---------- ). This is going to be a long-term relationship, I'm making at least one video per week which will need editing and I plan to keep this going for at least the next two years.

My expected workflow is that I'd upload the raw files to Dropbox and you'd edit them as you like (in my style) including b-roll, text-on-screen, background music, sound effects, and light animations/additional elements. You'd upload a draft to Frame.io for me to review and incorporate any feedback that I make. You'd then be able to provide me with the final exported video and Final Cut Pro project files.

Requirements:
1. Use Final Cut Pro. This is a dealbreaker, I'm new to editing - but I still want to be able to make changes if needed.
2. Strong English communication skills.
3. An understanding of my current style and a good eye on how it can be improved. (please watch several of my latest videos)
4. Someone with initiative and an artistic eye. The ability to make a story work through an edit.
5. Someone who can find b-roll clips from Storyblocks or my Dropbox account w/o direction.
6. Someone who can find fitting background music (I use Epidemic Sound) and has a good ear for how using different tracks will increase the story of a single video (this is one of my biggest weaknesses, so a big +1 for someone who edits to music well and knows what style will fit)
7. A fast internet connection
8. Reliable and capable of doing turnarounds reasonably ---------- your reply please indicate that you're a good fit in line with the above and include some links to videos you've edited in a style similar to my own.

I'm looking at a per-video rate with an expectation to do one video per week of 8-12 minutes in length.
