VA / Admin assistant

Hi we are currently looking for a Data Entry / VA / Admin persons.

For a part time job from approx. 8 am to 11 am or /// 8 pm to 11 pm Philippine time.

Most of the time you can finish the work in 2 to 3 hours max every day. You can always ask for more work if you can handle it.

Every day, including Saturday. Sunday we usually don't have work to be updated. But sometimes we do.

You will be working on our databases, which are very time sensitive, meaning we can NOT wait for tomorrow to work on the database as clients are waiting for information from the database.

The tasks are easy but attention to details is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT.
We are looking for someone who can be fast, has attention to detail and go the extra mile when needed.
Needs to understand English well, and be able to communicate back with us in English.

You will need to have a good internet connection and Microsoft EXCEL and WORD.

The better you are the more responsibilities we can give you and we will increase your wage if we see that you are very good.

Also someone that can THINK meaning, thinking of how this can be done faster and better.
Also some that can prepare our paperwork for a few government departments, which are pretty easy.

First hour we do not pay for testing a candidate. After 1 hour we will pay 1.50 Dollars for the first 10 official hours after the first 10 hours if we both of us d ---------- to continue we will raise it to 1.75 dollars, if after 40 hours you are happy with the work and we are also happy with what you have done, we will raise it to 2 Dollars. If you are with us more than 3 months we will raise it to 2.50 dollars. If you d ---------- to quit the job after less than 40 hours we will take 25% as it costs us a lot of time to teach you and again start a new search. If after 2 months you d ---------- to quit, we will take 30% of the last month.

After 6 months we will d ---------- whether to raise it to 2.75 or 3 dollars.

We can only pay through paypal

If the pay is too low for you, please don’t apply. If you are interested and we choose you we will give you a simple test to do so we can see how it goes, it's a 1 hour test, with no payment.

Also we noticed that people applying a lot of time have a family member that gets sick, etc, PLEASE if you are someone that has a sick family members do not apply, if you have vacation coming up in the next 5 months PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. We have hired VA's that the first day someone became sick and they could not work, Yes the very first DAY.

We will not abusive nor take advantage of any one, we had VAs that worked with us for more than 2 years. We also had to let a few go because they were not consistent or made way to many mistakes. We also give an extra bonus at the end of the year, depending on how the company ---------- addition, you can get an extra bonus if you bring in ideas that save us time.
