Face swap image editing using photoshop (Long term collaboration)

Hi freelancers,

We are looking for a long term designer who can swap people's face and integrate them in renaissance paintings. After you cut and swap the face in photoshop, you will need to do some editing (or photoshop action/oil painting filter) to make it look like an actual painting.

Please include your quote per person/portrait.If you have done something similar before, please include them as well.
