virtual assistant with knowledge on online marketplaces

We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) for immediate hire. The VA will be responsible for assisting other colleagues to conduct daily operations of our seller accounts on different online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and Newegg. The VA is also expected to do some internet research.

Quantifications:
Fluency both in written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Applications.
A high level of organization.
Ability and willingness to learn new things quickly.
Patience for assisting customer with their inquiries. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Highly Desired:
Prior VA experience with U.S. companies.
Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc. Knowledge on Amazon marketplace is a must. Prior experience on product research is a plus.
Excellent reliability, dependability, and integrity.

Required Education:
- College or equivalent.
