Experienced T-Shirt-Designer, short or long-term collaboration

Dear future employee and colleague,

Hello from Germany!
I'm looking for a creative T-Shit-Designer (female, male) for a long-term collaboration.

Your qualifications:
- You have to work mainly with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. But best of all is Illustrator.
- You have experience in graphic design. Ideally, directly in the t-shirt design.
- You don't have to be able to make pencil drawings. But you should be able to create great designs in Illustrator in a short time. Ready to sell.

The way of working:
- You will get an order in words, a sketch or an example image and can start.
- If you have any questions, you can ask me at any time, send me screenshots or something.
- Please DO NOT use graphics from the internet. If you do, change the graphics so that you can no longer recognize the original. I will control it.
- Please only use free fonts for commercial.
- After work I need the .ai file and the URL link for the graphics and fonts where you downloaded it, if you used foreign stuff.

What I offer you:
- First, I'm offering you $0.5-$5 OR MORE per design. Depending on complexity.
- After a few designs and a trial period, I offer you a long-term job with weekly payment and holiday pay and Christmas ---------- all depends on you.
