We are a California based digital marketing company, looking for an experienced customer service representative.
Agents are expected to meet established performance goals in the areas of sales, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, adherence, and attendance. Work effectively in a virtual, work-at-home, telecommute position as a tele-sales rep for new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Connect with call leads to sell health products
Use active listening skills to complete a thorough needs analysis
Present and explain products using a consultative approach based on the member’s needs and goals
Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call
Requirements/Qualifications:
Strong sales skills and experience
Ability to overcome sales objections and close over the phone
Ability to work effectively from home
Minimum of one year of recent experience as a health insurance Tele Sales Agent or equivalent sales experience.
Fluent in English
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
