Are You a Research/Admin/Real Estate Expert Who Would Like an Opportunity to Make a Bonus on top of Salary?

I'm looking for someone who can help me find commercial real estate to purchase. I'm not sure how long the job will last as it depends on what the person is able to uncover doing online research. Initially, I'd like to develop a database of property owners as well as commercial brokers with details about properties and contact info so I can market to both groups via direct mail and email. I'm looking for someone who can be proactive and do their own research after I get them going with initial and specific guidance. Ideally, I'd like someone who can work full-time (40 hours/week) but I'm not sure how many weeks the job will last. Other option is for someone to work less than 40 hours with hourly wage of $3.75. Lastly, if the person is able to uncover a real estate opportunity that I end up purchasing, I will pay the person a bonus on top of the salary.
