We are Pooling for Bookkeepers with Australian Experience for July

We are looking for Bookkeepers with Australian client experience available to work part-time to full-time on July 2021.
We are an Australia- based VA services company catering to different clients in different industries. We have several clients lined up in July and we're already pooling for the best candidates for then.

Job Description:
Management of the client's financial/ accounting program
Responsible for accounts payable reporting including vendor payment and reconciliations
Journal entry posting and account reconciliations
Produce monthly financial reports
Financial analysis on a monthly basis and when called upon for special projects
Also in charge of payment collections
May attend to billing and general accounting queries from vendors, clients, and internal team members



Requirements
If you have the below requirements, we would love for you to apply:
a graduate of Accountancy or any related course
Has at least 3 years of bookkeeping/Accounting background, 6 months at least for an Australian client
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting
Demonstrated competency in accounting programs such as Quickbooks, MYOB or Xero

Other requirements:
Must have stable internet connection and back-up
has back -up power/ power bank in case of power outages
Must have own PC that can handle accounting programs
