We'd like to meet you!
Currently, we are urgently hiring experienced cold callers for our our Real Estate business and this might be the right for you.
You must have Prior Real Estate Wholesaling cold calling experience, ability to work well under pressure, fast internet speed, and can articulate English with no noticeable accent.
This position will require you to:
- Conduct outreach to potential homeowners or Cash Buyers
- Pre- qualify our leads using our scripts and guidelines
- Add warm/ hot leads to our Podio CRM
- Notify our acquisition manager via Slack for all potential seller leads

System Requirements
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 18mbps
- Computer/Laptop with at least i3 processor and 4GB RAM
- Usb Headset with a noise-canceling headset
Other requirements
-Must know how to use Podio
- Must know how to use Bachdialer and Callrail
- Familiarity with Gsuite, Microsoft and Google Docs
Schedule / Monday - Friday
8 AM -12PM
2 PM - 6PM
Salary
- $4- $5 per hour (Based on experience)
- $10 for every successful contract signed
- $250-$500 per deal closed
Qualifications and Skills
- Real Estate Cold Calling experience for at least 2years
- Be familiar with Real Estate Wholesaling
- Follow our scripts to qualify homeowners and Cash Buyers
- Document details of calls and motivated sellers or cash buyers interactions
- Type and Talk at the same time (Be able to multitask)
- Identify decision makers (By asking the right questions)
- Know how to handle objections
- Excellent English communication skills
- Must be diligent and result-oriented
-Comfortable and productive spending 80-90% of their time on the phone
-Prior phone sales experience (direct selling experience)
-Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
-Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity with their ability to build rapport
-Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills
-Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
-Dynamic, articulate and well-spoken with a confident telephone voice

-Selling and negotiation skills
-Practice, memorize and internalize scripts
-Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
-Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

5) When are you available to start? - Can you work form 8 AM to 12 PM then 2 PM to 6pm Monday to Friday?
