Recruiting from Scratch works with high performing companies and helps them find and recruit top talent in engineering and product management. In this role, you will work on the front of every search we are doing, working on following outlines of the role, build a list of roles, and work closely with our team. You will need to be able to work with our team in a professional manner. You will become a true expert in sourcing candidates and building out lists of candidates for our team of sourcers and recruiters.
The Job:
- Build lists and improve upon our database of tens of thousands of candidates
- Be able to interact with our team with written and verbal English communication
- Build lists of software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and other roles
- Be able to provide hundreds of candidates daily with accurate information about title, current job, and
- Become a true expert in sourcing activities for different roles we hire for at Recruiting from Scratch
- Provide necessary recruitment support during sourcing life cycle (Sourcing to Shortlisting) of candidates for the future as and when requested.
**Essential Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- **Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience** or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Process orientation, good interviewing skills, good knowledge of industry & excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results.
- Drives for results, customer first, intellectual capacity.
